- Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor (Whop); we do not store credit card numbers

- Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
- UTM tracking parameters, click identifiers (fbclid, gclid), and Meta Click ID (_fbc) / Browser ID (_fbp) values
Information from third parties
- Advertising platforms (Meta / Facebook, Google Ads) — attribution data, ad-click identifiers
- Scheduling tools (Calendly) — meeting bookings, invitee details you provide when scheduling
- Payment processor (Whop) — purchase confirmations, subscription status

- To qualify you for our creator programs and route you to the right next step
- To contact you via email, SMS, or phone about your application, scheduled calls, or products
- To schedule and confirm strategy calls and meetings
- To process purchases and provide access to purchased products
- To measure and improve our marketing performance (including sending server-side conversion events back to advertising platforms like Meta via the Conversions API)

- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information with the following categories of third-party service providers, only as needed to operate our Services:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
- Google Sheets / Google Workspace — lead storage and internal CRM
- Calendly — call scheduling
- Whop — payment processing and community access
- Zapier — automation between the tools above
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising, retargeting, and conversion attribution via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Data shared includes hashed email, hashed phone, name, IP address, browser identifiers, and event data (page views, form submissions, bookings, purchases).
- Google — analytics and advertising, where applicable
- Twilio / SMS providers — text message delivery, where applicable
We may also disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NAMZI, our users, or the public.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, measure ad performance, and personalize the experience. This includes:
- Essential cookies — required for the Services to function (e.g. session, form state)
- Analytics cookies — measure how visitors use our site
- Advertising cookies — Meta Pixel, Meta Click ID (_fbc), Meta Browser ID (_fbp), Google Ads, and similar. These track ad-click attribution and support retargeting.

5. Advertising & Meta Conversions API
We use Meta's Conversions API to send server-side event data (page views, form submissions, scheduled calls, purchases) back to Meta for the purpose of measuring the performance of our ads and improving the relevance of ads shown to you and others. This data includes hashed contact identifiers and browser identifiers as described above.
You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for personalized advertising through your Meta account settings or via the industry opt-out tools at www.aboutads.info/choices and www.youronlinechoices.eu.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account or lead record is active, or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymize it.

- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
